How to Share a Complaint With Us

Last updated: October 2026

Ambat Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something did not go well, please say so. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to write about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Ambat Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider you were connected with acted

When the Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.

Still, Ambat Walk-In Tubs wants to hear about it. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Ambat Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or speak for a provider.

How to Reach Us

Send an email to contact@ambat.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted Ambat Walk-In Tubs or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

You will get an email confirming that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then it will be looked into, which may include contacting the provider. You will receive a reply with what was found and any steps being taken.

If the Answer Does Not Settle It

Reply and ask for a second review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another place to turn.
